Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cv3999 ("cv3999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cv3999.net. By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the cv3999 platform, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Where specific game rules or promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or promotion only.

Where an account holder is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings generated will not be paid. Account Registration & KYC

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

cv3999 operates a BDT-native wallet. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods.

Accepted Payment Methods

cv3999 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Payment via Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your card issuer's policies. cv3999 does not guarantee availability of all payment methods at all times.

Deposits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your cv3999 wallet in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified cv3999 identity. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• cv3999 does not charge a deposit fee. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10–20 minutes for mobile money methods following KYC approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your verified name. cv3999 will reject withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts.
• cv3999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. During this review, the withdrawal may be temporarily held for up to 5 business days.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Only real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a transaction on your cv3999 account is erroneous, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile money provider without first contacting cv3999 is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and the recovery of any funds paid out.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by cv3999 carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings become withdrawable). The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit for completion, and maximum bet per round while a bonus is active are stated on the individual promotion page. Bets placed on games not listed as eligible do not count toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

cv3999 monitors all accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, placing only low-risk or balanced bets designed to complete wagering requirements while minimising genuine play, and colluding with other players to pass bonus credits between accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, cv3999 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account at its sole discretion.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unmet wagering requirements and the associated bonus balance will be forfeited. The expiry period for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard expiry period for cv3999 bonuses is 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Game Rules & Fair Play

RNG Games

Random Number Generator (RNG) games, including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles, use certified RNG software to determine outcomes. Results are statistically independent — the outcome of any given round is not influenced by any previous round, your wager amount, account status, or any other external variable. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each RNG game are published by the respective game provider and are available within the game's information panel.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. In the unlikely event of a technical failure during a live game round, cv3999's policy is to void the affected round and return all wagers placed on that round to player accounts within 24 hours.

Sports Betting

Pre-match and in-play sports betting markets on cv3999 — including all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers cricket markets — are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, IPL, etc.). In the event of a fixture abandonment or void, affected bets will be settled as void and stakes returned. cv3999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time and to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of any game or platform malfunction, cv3999 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return stakes to the player's account. A malfunction includes but is not limited to: software errors, disconnections during a game round, and server failures. Void rounds do not count toward any wagering requirement calculations.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv3999 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation, and cv3999 reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds in accordance with applicable law.

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime or illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings or credits that would not otherwise be available. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug are void and will not be paid.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with live dealer games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bonus eligibility.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cv3999 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat and email.
• Accessing the cv3999 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions through VPN or proxy services.

cv3999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant financial intelligence units. Where cv3999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for money laundering or any other criminal activity, it will file a report with the appropriate authorities and freeze the account immediately, without prior notice to the account holder.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

cv3999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms or where closure is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your cv3999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may activate self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion immediately suspends access to your account and prevents re-registration for the duration of your chosen exclusion period. During self-exclusion, cv3999 will not send you any marketing communications. Self-exclusion is a voluntary but binding commitment — requests to lift self-exclusion before the chosen end date will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. cv3999 will notify you at your registered email address before applying a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to your account balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time prior to closure by logging in and contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv3999's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — including any claim relating to game outcomes, payment processing, account suspension, or bonus decisions — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cv3999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and cv3999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. cv3999's failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
